1. The usual Evangelion gashapon, maybe some more statues (there was nothing last year when the movie came out in Japan..). Also, the newer Play Arts figurines for Final Fantasy.
2. More varied doujinshi, preferably sorted by series >>;
3. Possibly some Megaten stuff-- Persona 3 statues inparticular.
4. Hoping the import games sales from NYC will come back, even if they're prices were a little inflated.
As far as I'm aware games themselves are usually not region free.
However, Nintendo DS and PSP can play import and domestic games, but not movies of the opposite country. Just games. Most handhelds can play imports (for example, Gameboy Color).
Consoles like Playstation 2 and such require a mod chip or some kind of cheat device which usually violates your warranty.
I remember seeing OLD games there, at the very least, Dreamcast and such, so its not all next-gen.
Due to the GRB's regulation on selling food within the convention, I doubt we'll see any reasonably priced Pocky, Ramune, or daifuku. );
