To host one,means...You're the one leading the panel,unless you have helpers or something<_<.
A good way to get a panel is by following these tips:
A - choose a panel that has a strong base of people backing it up. (example: there is no point in choosing a panel in a room where only 5 people attend vs. a panel where 50 people attend)
B - have a reputation. Most cons are indeed desperate for panel programming but not that desperate. Most people would love to see a panel that has had hits in the past.
C - before setting a panel, a good way to do so, is to post your idea in the forums and check up on fan feedback (offer a poll). If the fans want it, then proceed. If not, chances are its not what the fans want. They are paying the convention for the service and if they dont want what is gonna be offered, chances are they wont wanna come.
