So, you're at an anime convention. You just got your latest manga, caught some awesome cosplay pictures and have been or have witnessed some lethal glomping.
With all the people milling around you, you sure would like to meet a few folks to share the convention experience with, like an otaku or gaming buddy or fellow j-rocker or cosplaying companion.

Welcome to Speed Meet, the premier socializing event of Oni-Con 2009. You will be given the opportunity to meet, interact and befriend fellow con-goers. This is a fun and exciting new way to mix and mingle with people who you already know share common interests with you. So if you're the outgoing type of person and like making friends, or if you're shy and would like an opportunity to meet con buddies with your interests, this should be your thing!

This time we'll have two activities which will conveniently remain a surprise until the event ;)
You will not need to bring anything except your interesting self to this event, although we do can only have a limited number of participants so be sure to get there on time!
