is the ds any good?

i want to buy a DS for my self but i'm not sure if any of the games are good...they all seem to childish to me....specifically the ones that are the Hannah Montana games and the dog petting games....

so can some one please tell me whats so good about a DS?

I would suggest playing Phoenix Wright. =D

It's not JUST dog petting, teenage bimbo games. There are many fantastic releases for it like the Ace Attorney series and The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass.

8D You'll find that your DS will prove to be quite entertaining in time. It's also great for playing your old Gameboy Advance games, and keeping up with all the new Pokemon releases.
