Blank Order History?

I bought two badges through pre-registration about a little less than two weeks ago. It went through, and even though a strange error came up stating the process was interupted, it still credited my card so I assumed it worked. Sure enough, there were two badges siting in the order history, and I could even change the badge names. I put the names I wanted and I let it sit for a week or so. Then today, I logged in to check the forums, and the badges were gone! There's no proof in the order history that I even bought them! I really hope there's just some dumb thing I'm overlooking, but I've clicked on almost every clickable link trying to find any evidence of my badges. I hope there's a resolution to this, or at least that I didn't lose my badges or money.
