Okay, so I'm in charge of my anime club Oni-Con planning and got a few questions about group registration. First off, I'm just the one who gathers all the money and info from people and then pass it on to the volunteer mom to buy the tickets online (since I'm not old enough). So, I was wondering if there was any extra info needed for each person's badge. I remember a few years ago they required like the address and email along with the badge name for each badge that was bought. I was wondering if that was still needed so I can prepare the right forms for my club peoples to buy badges with us. (Last year I ended up making a master list of everyone's address, phone number, email, and names. It took a long time and I wasn't even sure it was needed, so I'm just making sure this time around since we're gonna be having even more people registering with us)
